Instructions for Remote Camera Viewing

Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser.
(Skip this step if you have launched remote view at this machine before.)

1. Go to the menu 'Tools'

2. Select 'Internet Options'

3. Click second tab 'Security'

4. Click 'Customer Level'

5. Enable all components in 'ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins'

6. Click 'OK' twice

7. Close Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser and launch it again.

Type http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080 (ask the camera installation provider if you don't know) in browser address bar.
Choose 'Mpeg4 Encoder Viewer' in Compression Selection, Click 'Submit'
Choose 'DSL/CABLE/T-1' and "Multi View' in Select Internet Connection, Click 'Submit' NOTE: The first time you run this, Please click 'yes/ok' if any 'alert/prompt windows' pop up.
A window for User Name and Password will appear. Type your user name and password, then click OK. The real time camera view windows will appear.

NOTE:

1. If you mistype your user name/password or you can't see a window to enter your user name and password, please refresh this page at Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser (right click anywhere on this page, click 'refresh').

2.The first time running this, please click YES/OK/NEXT/FINISH to finish a program installation. You may experience a small wait time (depending on your Internet speed) during this installation.
